Delivery Time & Tracking

Warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. Keep your proof of purchase for warranty claims.

We're sorry to hear your product arrived damaged. Please follow these steps:

  • Take photos of the damage, including packaging
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Do not dispose of the product or packaging until we advise
  • We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly
