Delivery & Return

Delivery

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and specialist couriers. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address, order weight and carton dimensions. Orders usually dispatch within 1–2 business days.

Estimated timeframes

  • NSW/ACT Metro: 2–4 business days
  • VIC/QLD/SA Metro: 3–6 business days
  • WA/TAS/NT & Regional/Remote: 5–10+ business days

Shipping fees & free shipping

  • Live rates shown at checkout.
  • Free shipping on orders over $199 (excludes bulky/oversize items and remote surcharges).
  • Some orders may ship in multiple cartons/shipments; you'll receive tracking for each.

Bulky / Oversize deliveries

Certain items (e.g., large sinks, vanities, heated towel racks) may ship via a bulky freight service. Delivery is to the front door/ground level. Stairs, internal placement, assembly or installation aren't included. Please ensure access is suitable; re-delivery fees may apply if access fails.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

You can authorise ATL at checkout. If selected, liability transfers once the parcel is left at the premises.

Order processing & tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse. Delivery days are Mon–Fri (business hours).

Measure before ordering

Please confirm products (and their cartons) will fit through doors, stairwells and lifts. Packaging dimensions are listed on product pages where available.

Returns & Exchanges

Change-of-mind

You have 15 calendar days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging and resalable condition. Return freight is at the customer's cost; original shipping is non-refundable. Once inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Damaged or faulty items

If something arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

How to start a return

  1. Email sales@anatolianrenovations.com.au with your order number and reason.
  2. We'll issue return instructions (and an RMA if required).
  3. Pack securely in original packaging.
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your outcome within 5 business days.

Exclusions

  • Installed/used items or items not in original packaging
  • Custom or special-order finishes
  • Clearance/last-chance items (where marked)
  • Cut-to-size or made-to-measure products

Warranty

Many products include a manufacturer warranty. Keep your proof of purchase; warranty terms vary by item. Your rights under the ACL are in addition to any manufacturer warranty and cannot be excluded.
