We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and specialist couriers. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address, order weight and carton dimensions. Orders usually dispatch within 1–2 business days.
Certain items (e.g., large sinks, vanities, heated towel racks) may ship via a bulky freight service. Delivery is to the front door/ground level. Stairs, internal placement, assembly or installation aren't included. Please ensure access is suitable; re-delivery fees may apply if access fails.
You can authorise ATL at checkout. If selected, liability transfers once the parcel is left at the premises.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse. Delivery days are Mon–Fri (business hours).

Please confirm products (and their cartons) will fit through doors, stairwells and lifts. Packaging dimensions are listed on product pages where available.
You have 15 calendar days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging and resalable condition. Return freight is at the customer's cost; original shipping is non-refundable. Once inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
If something arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
Many products include a manufacturer warranty. Keep your proof of purchase; warranty terms vary by item. Your rights under the ACL are in addition to any manufacturer warranty and cannot be excluded.
